review 1: When I first started reading this book, I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least, and hooked from page one! The humor and the various characters in Liberty really added to the storyline. This book has a little bit of everything in it: a treasure hunt, history, romance, a hot guy, quirky women, unexpected twists and turns and a great ending. I had fun reading this and will start book 2 in this series... Now!
review 2: "Treasure Me" is aptly named, as it is, indeed, a treasure. What an absolute delight, from start to finish! Brilliant novelist Christine Nolfi's quirky, adorable characters are skillfully woven into a plot that leaves you guessing until the very last moment. I loved watching Birdie adapt to Liberty and life at the ... morelively Second Chance Grill while meeting all of the one-of-a-kind residents (and visitor!) while trying to keep her secret. The story line left my head spinning, with exciting twists and turns that I did not expect. This was an emotional read on many levels, as you join several characters on different journeys. Without giving away any spoilers you'll be glad to know, since this is the first in a series, it does not end on a cliffhanger. I highly recommend this book, next and future books in the series, as well as other books by Christine Nolfi. You won't be disappointed! less
