review 1: Best book ever! It had everything, alpha male, drugs, bikers and it was hilarious! It had a definite Kristen Ashley vibe, without the extra drama of the alpha breaking up with the heroine and then getting back together with her. I loved this book and couldn't put it down, except when I got to the end and threw it across the room!! A cliff-hanger...uggg...definitely reading the next one immediately, and everything else I can find by this author!!
review 2: I really liked this book. The h is nearly killed by her seedy boyfriend and is found by the H who takes her in and nurses her back to health. She is a very strong and likable character. She doesn't dwell on what has happened, she just keeps moving forward and trying to start a new life. The H has his ow... moren problems which don't really come to life in this book. It mostly focuses on the h and her problems. The H is pretty gruff and doesn't show a lot of emotion. You can tell that he cares for the h and wants a relationship with her, but he's not an emotional type of character. I guess you kind of have to read between the lines with him, but it was still a great read for me. Leaves you with a cliff. less
