review 1: Just a so-so read for me...I couldn't get past Mireya's tough, nasty exterior. I don't know what Gaine saw in her that was so special!I found it hard to get into the plot. There were too many introspective "in your head" narratives by the hero/heroine and not enough details about the rest of the gang and how they live.The sex was pretty hot but here again, Mireya was constantly trying to convince herself not to love or even like Gaine.The ending was a bit abrupt with a complete 180...not sure what to make of it. There is also a bit of setup for the next book of the series.
review 2: Omg I loved and lived for this book!!! It was so good. Ten times better than the first one. I love love love Gaine. He never gave up on his love and would have done anything to prov... moree himself. I felt so bad for him at times and I wanted things to work out because he made believe they would. I freakin loved this book and it's now in my top five favorites and it will become a reread all over again just like my other favorites. less
