review 1: Read on June 26, 2012NOOK Book FREEPublished June 6th 2010This started off slow and I laid it down. But this week I’m trying to read a book a day and picked it back up. Here is another prime example of a slow started that once it picked up it was a page turner.You ‘ve got a pack that moves into a were’ populated area to merge with existing pack. The ladies realized after much debate amongst themselves that they are a rare commodity among all the male weres’ and believe they will be better treated as the ratio is like 3 to 1.The first gal to hook up is Betsy – she is recently broken up with a were’ that treats her bad by lieing to her.I found it odd that she breaks with Jonas… goes to a pack gathering where many ppl are asking her where is Jonas.. so it is obv... moreious everyone is use to them being a couple. She is so annoyed she goes off.. alone. She then makes eyes with one of the other pack male’s and you know he will be the one.Okay so far.. she lures him to run with her.. but when she stops to mate with him… she calls him by name then tells him she loves him – he returns the comment. [confused] have they been dating while she was dating Jonas?It was fast… too fast… like we missed something. But other than that … it was good. I liked the short story. But it was supposed to be erotica and there was a tiny scene. Was it enough to be labeled as erotica? I label it on MY blog as Romance.
review 2: Dumping a cheating boyfriend was easy enough, but no one seems to believe Betsey that they are official through. There is one exception, biker Chase Tillman who wants to claim her as his mate.I don't know what to think, I liked the writing and the beginning was great but I felt like there was a huge huge chunk missing. I know this is part of a series and probably more of an excerpt but I was overly confused by the end. I am going to give the series a try though. less
