review 1: I thoroughly enjoyed this read. This is the kind of Christian fiction that I just absolutely love. It's more than "so-and-so went to church" and yet, not one of those "hell fire and damnation" type. It's a story that is meant to encourage us in our walk. This one touches on mental illness, depression, and the effects of one's childhood. It shows an awesome example of grace and mercy. It shows how we are to lay it all at the foot of the cross and trust God - even if we must walk through the fire. Yes, I highly recommend this read and will most definitely be continuing this series!

There were a couple chapters where I got a little impatient with the inner turmoil of the characters, but it was realistic in the situation. I know my inner voice never shuts up. Beware, those who have phobias involving stalkers. less

A gripping tale of faith and trusting God to be in control! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book!

It's a good story with good messages, if you ignore the Christian-flavored anti-gun subtext.

Intense at times, but a good read
