review 1: Could have been much better This had cliches galore. Pretty much everything you expect in shifter romance novels: Mating including insta-love, dominance of the alpha, possessiveness bordering on obsession, the bitchy rival who wants the alpha for herself etc. But. It was fun to read. Emma, the female protag, was funny. She is wasted in this book, as the male lead is very very uninteresting. He is basically the hunky Fabio turned Shifter wet-dream material. And possessive and incredible powerful as King of the Puma pride, bla bla. So Emma's comments and ramblings made this short novel halfway ok, but not good enough to have me pick-up anything else by this author.
review 2: 5 HOT SEXY STARwohooo, what a hot book he he he...the story were very short for me but... more very sizzling and steamy ..i loved emma, shes hot..honest and sexy as hell ..the relationship with max was platonic and hilarious but i kind of saluted emma for not shocked about max explanation on his situation max really an alpha male, hes felt possesive and loved emma for become his curana..their convesation were hilarious ..hoping to read next book he he less
