review 1: I bought this because it was recommended reading for a dance intensive I'll be taking next year. I'm not a huge fan of self help or life hack books, but this one has a great blend of actually usable advice and accessibility. You can easily just take a few minutes and read a couple of the tips and then brainstorm how to apply them to whatever your chosen discipline is. It definitely gave me a lot of food for thought on how these tips can improve my dance practice. I'll be reading back through it and taking notes and trying things out for the next few months.
review 2: Daniel Coyle is outstanding with his insights and succinct writing. This was a non stop must turn each page, with the invaluable information Dan shared on improving skills. This is a reference ma
... morenual for anyone interested in quickly overcoming what is believed to be deficiencies in any skill set. Worth a good read every 6 months, since Dan shared so much information to review, tweak and implement for easy human improvement. less
