review 1: I read the English translation, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Anyone looking for a love story that starts out inoccuously, and slowly captivates you throughout the pages -- this is the book for you. I quickly fell in love with the characters as their quips and mannerisms became evident and they became more fallible and real. Also, for reasons better left unexplained, the characters are never truly described, which leaves the reader free to completely create them in their own mind.In short, this book captivated me (especially the ending!), and I look forward to reading the sequels very much.
review 2: Ein Mann und eine Frau schreiben sich aus Versehen eine Email. Irgendetwas reizt sie und sie hören nicht mehr auf damit. Langsam bildet sich eine Freundschaft, dann ... morevielleicht mehr.Ich hatte am Anfang etwas Mühe reinzukommen, manchmal ging mir die geschwollene Sprache der beiden ein bisschen auf die Nerven, aber plötzlich hat es mich reingezogen und ich konnte das Buch nicht mehr weglegen. less
