review 1: 3.75 stars.Deadpool is without a doubt, the most interesting character ever created. And this is including all characters outside the superhero universe.I don't think I've ever met anyone as fucked up as he is, and yet be charmed by him simply for that reason. My only regret was not knowing that this was volume two when I got this, if I've known I would've searched for the first one since I really hate reading things out of order. But although I was a bit confused at first, I got the hang of Deadpool's universe fairly quickly.
review 2: I've never really been particularly into the whole superhero genre - Marvel, DC or otherwise - but for various reasons I thought I would give it a bit of a go, and this was one of my picks for delving into this.Absolutely hilari... moreous. I was really impressed - and as advised by the staff in the shop where I picked this up, it did not seem to matter much at all that I had not read the Volume 1 collection (it was sold out). I will definitely be picking up the other volumes of this in the series (in fact I have already ordered the first volume and will be looking out for the third being released in May). A pure delight to read for anyone with a bit of a twisted sense of humour. less
