review 1: This is BY FAR the funniest stuff I have read in a loooooong time!!! David Thorne is HILARIOUS and maintains a very innocent-like, simple, but razor sharp wit throughout his stories. He's imaginative and descriptive and very talented with his responses to the people in his e-mail stories. I LITERALLY sat in my living room by myself for hours CRYING from laughing so hard at some of the things he'd come up with.... So very happy I came across this guy as I am a truly appreciative and dedicated fan and can't wait to read anything and everything this guy writes. Maybe not for everybody but this book could be for you!! I give it 6 out of 5 stars!!
review 2: I could see being angry at someone who doesn't pay you for the work you produce for them. What I didn't like i
... mores being unnecessarily jerky towards well-meaning neighbors, store clerks trying to collect fines, and teachers trying to do their jobs. It almost hints at the David Sedaris complex, where you literally have to go out of your way to force these experiences into reality. Except this guy thrives off being obnoxious to people who really don't deserve it. Skippppp. less
