After rescheduling multiple times due to bad weather, we finally got to go on a Night Helicopter Tour with CHE Tours over Chicago.
The Tour consists of 20-25 minutes in the air. You fly from the south side of Chicago up the coast past Wrigley Field and then back the way you came.
Six passengers and the Pilot are in the Helicopter, but you can pay extra for a private flight. The Pilot was very knowledgeable and provided the passengers with fun facts about Chicago and local landmarks as we passed them. You have noise cancelling headsets that you can use to talk to each other, but on a flight with 4 other strangers the Pilot did all of the talking.
In total, the flight for two ran $350, but a groupon was available for $100 off so be aware of potential discounts.
