review 1: It was, what it claimed to be - a romantic story with a little bit of magic in it. This book contained two different stories link together by the magical wedding dress. The first story was a nice romance, yet very predictable. The second story was a little more complex. It reflected real life more closely. Love needs work. For real love to last two people need to give and compromise. I felt, that in this story Jordan had to do all the giving and all the compromising, because she was mot wiling to meet him half way. I thought this was very unfair and very selfish from her part.Overall it was a very easy book to read.
review 2: This was my first Debbie Macomber book. I liked it enough that I will read more by her.It was a nice story. Two stories actually. There wa
... mores more to Jill's story than Shelly's. I liked Shelly in her own story, but in Jill's story I didn't like her so much anymore. She was too nosy and pushy. She reminded me of how her mother was in her own story.Sort of a Jersey Girl-like ending. Which is my favorite ending to a movie ever! (The one with Jami Gertz and Dylan McDermott, NOT the one with Ben Affleck.) less

Short, easy, cheesy, and predictable. Still an okay read especially if you need a feel good book.
