review 1: *ARC for review.*Wow!! What a great ending for this part of the series! When FaCade ended I was torn on what I wanted to happen and who I wanted prevail. Call me crazy but for some strange reason I connected with Dante and felt his pain from being betrayed or so he thought. But after reading Cadence and seeing the unraveling of Dantes character definitely put things in perspective for me and who exactly I wanted to come out in top. This book is filled with just as much even more dark and depraved sexual acts as the first book. The authors really know how to keep you sucked in and at times conflicted with whose side you want to be one. The storyline is so well written and so are the characters. The mystery and suspense of this book is awesome and very well written. I loved ... morethe way this played out. Even though it was so so dark and gritty it was beautifully executed in my opinion. The epilogue is fantastic and the bonus at the end has me excited for more!
