review 1: So felt the characters pain and despair, with all the events that they both had collectively been through their emotions were all jumbled and mixed. Fell in lust with Bulk (aka Chase) and felt empathy with Spirit. Loved the story and how it was written although In my opinion the exact size of his trouser snake wasnt really necessary as the innuendo of him being called bulk and it being to do with his manhood size kinda gave that away lol.
review 2: I honestly don’t know how I feel about this book, which is really disappointing given my love for the rest of the series. There was just something off about the entire thing. Almost as if entire paragraphs were missing or deleted. I found myself looking back trying to piece together large sections, never really und... moreerstanding how things transpired. And quite frankly, Bulk turned out to be a major asshole. I understand his grief and his need to come to terms with loving another woman after his wife and child’s brutal murder. But I expected more maturity and integrity from his character. I have to say I’m pretty bummed. less
