review 1: I had the opportunity to hear Dr. Alexander speak in Baltimore earlier this week and was so glad I did. His incredible experience gave me hope and inspired me to do a little soul journeying of my own, since "a true seeker must go deep into his or her consciousness to come closer to realizing the truth of our existence. Simply reading and hearing about other people's experiences and ideas are not enough." I highly recommend this book if you are doubting what this whole human experience is about or if you are struggling with the loss of someone you love. He also provides a great bibliography in the back that will take you even further into the concepts he explores in the book. LOVE is all that matters!
review 2: Huge disappointment. Mr Alexanders first book was f... moreresh, vibrant and full of energy. I loved it. This book sort of chronicles his learning (he has read a LOT) and responses to his first book. It is not fresh, vibrant and full of energy. Rather it is, at best, a source of references (a huge bibliography) to other publications. While Mr. Alexander has learned a great deal about what has been written here on earth, it pails compared to what he learned on the other side. less
