review 1: This book irritated me more than the others. The writing seemed more simplistic than the others, occurrences seemed more forced. Things were more trite. But it is geared towards children, and Baker avoids killing anyone as much as possible (has anyone died in any of these books?) even though it would be the most logical course of action for certain characters to simply be eaten and done with. Millie really annoyed me, extremely so, even though she was only there for about 10 pages. I wanted to slap her upside her stupid blond head. And the giants? I rolled my eyes so hard I thought they'd fall out of my head. Ugh.
review 2: This book is such a good ending to the series and a very cute book. I would recommend this book to just about anyone! Its so cute how Audun... more goes all that way just to find Millie. The ice dragon named Audun has fallen in love with a human princess by the name of Millie. Although Millie has the magical powers to turn into a dragon; she isn't one. Millie is in love with Audun as much as he is in love with her, but Millie's mom don't agree with falling in love with a dragon. So Audun goes to the dragon king and ends up doing tasks for the king in order to become human so he can marry Millie! less
