review 1: Glad I found this book. If there are more by this author, I would read them.Always enjoy books set in familiar locations. I figured it would end as it did, but enjoyable anyway to see his movement in a certain direction. The plot was fast-paced and kept my attention throughout.

The villains are extra scary since they're not that different from you and me (hence the title of the book). And when was the last time you read a good bio-medical thriller? (Yeah, I don't remember either).Lots of good reasons to pick this one up, looking forward to reading Ms. Barnes' new book coming out late this summer! less
