review 1: First off, Sex Snob is a great title and perfectly matches the humor in the book. The story was definitely “out of the box” from a typical romance. The heroine, Amanda, had several sexual encounters with men other than the hero (Shane) before they got together. But once they did, it was so worth the wait. I loved Amanda and Shane together. HOT! I think half the time I was laughing, and the other half fanning myself
review 2: I am clearly in the minority when I rate this book as a 3,5 star. It was recommended by a friend who like most other reviewers loved it. My problem was that the 2 main characters only started getting the 'courtship' on track half way through the book! Even then Amanda was practically falling into bed with another guy the night('ish) bef... moreore purely out of horniness! Once Amanda and Shane did get things going they were incredibally a-emotional about each other...?!The last quarter of the book was definitely the best. The first 50% of the book was a complete waste of time. Thank goodness for Amanda's f-ckbuddy Kyle though who saved the day (and the first half off the book). I feel as though this book realistically should have been a novella. I also agree with another reviewer about the Epilogue in this book: one of the most intriguing ever! Who is Lily seeing?!?! Having said/asked that, can I be bothered to read another book from this writing duo who have wasted my time with half of this book...? Not sure. less
