review 1: Angels Vs. Demons in a quite literal battle for the soul. Everyone knows love is a battlefield. This is an interesting premise for a short and sets up the scenario quite well but I'm not sure if there is a full length novel in this idea without some more invention. At only 12 pages, it's a bad sign when I find myself checking to see how much is left. But, that may have had as much to do with my state of mind as that of the author's skill. There's nothing terribly egregious here and the idea is the start of a good one. I may want to read more some day.
review 2: There were a lot of things I liked about this story. I liked the use of Judeo-Christian mythology without even a whiff of proselytization. I like the subtly. There were a number of things that you were n
... moreever told directly, but the events and contexts told you. I liked the fun way the genders of some well-known characters were swapped around. What I didn't like was that that it felt incomplete. Even the title, Indestructible, is predicated on an event that the importance of is never explained. I think this would be much better as a longer piece. But as it stands it's still pretty entertaining. less

really liked the heaven and hell motif, something a bit different in this genre, nicely written.

It was interesting. I like the end when you find out the other guy's name.
