review 1: On a single day in Paris, three French tutors each individually instruct a student while walking through the City of Light. The book is divided into three main sections, one for each of the tutors. In all cases, the conversation turns to love. Lost love, forbidden love, love gone bad, etc. While I enjoyed the observations on love, I found the majority of the characters to be morally bankrupt. Due to this, I found it hard to enjoy the book. However, if this is not an issue, then this is an interesting, short, easy read.
review 2: A delicious, fun romp through the romantic trials and tribulations of three couples during three days in Paris. If you are a Paris-o-file, as I am, you can’t go wrong with this delightful novel. You will thoroughly enjoy roamin
... moreg the streets of Paris with the characters, enjoying ‘the best croissants’ and the sites, sounds and morais of the french culture during one glorious weekend in the city of lights. It is a story specific to Paris, butngeneralizable to all the rest of us who seek love and a fulfilling life…. less
