review 1: first time reading a book about shifter and biker. I got warm with book about shifter and biker. I was quite reluctant to read those kinds of book but now it doesn't annoy me. so about this short fast story. president of a wolf shifter club meeting his mate in a not so great place. This man couldn't understand that mating processes were kind of different with women nowadays and more to that someone with no acknowledgement about all those shifter things. the story went on with the current situation to the happy ending where the man understood her and feeling.
review 2: 3.75 starsI'm not usually a fan of shifter stories, but I was while reading this book. Claiming His Fate is a story centering around the mating bond between a human and a wolf. Rebel (a Charlie Hu... morennam in SoA lookalike in my mind) is a den leader and demands submission from those who follow him, and tries to demand the same of Charlotte, his mate. Except Charlotte isn't quite so pleased with that idea, and sets about teaching her dog some new tricks. Mainly that being an overbearing alpha is okay in every aspect of his life except with her.CHF was a great, quick read. I'm excited to see what comes next in the series, though I'd like it if the next story was a little longer. less
