review 1: Celeste is not like her cousin, or some of the other popular girls at school -- her shape may not fit easily in the newest fashions, and satin pulls uncomfortably at odd places. When her mother and her aunt decide to enter Celeste in a modeling contest for girls with curves, Celeste decides to lose weight. However, her methods for losing weight are decidedly unhealthy. As Celeste struggles with balancing her weight loss and the expectations of those around her, not to say her own expectations, she learns that if she maintains a reasonable diet and exercise plan, extremes are not necessary.[return][return]While the premise is not anything new or exciting, the author approaches this delicate subject delightfully. Celeste is a likeable character and none of the subject ma... moretters are pushy or overwrought.
review 2: This book was over all okay. I mean, i loved how it showed Celeste's development as a person throughout the book. The thing that I really hated, though, was how she was supposed to be in high school but you would have thought that they were in third or fourth grade. Another thing i didnt like was Celeste's name. It totally did not fit her personality. Its like the author just though: Celeste. Okay thats a pretty name. Okay, i'll write a book and make that the main characters name. less

I think I would rate this around 4.5 stars. Maybe more. It's really hard for me to rate books.
