review 1: Here's my brush with fame du jour: Erin started this story when she lived in MI and was part of a YA writing group I was also in. The group LOVED the start of working title "Garage Boy." Erin had to move back east, but we stayed in touch through the magic of technology, and I am SO DARN PROUD that she not only finished the story, but got it published, and now you too can have access to it (if you have a Nook or a Kindle or related device...It's currently in e-format only.) Yay Erin!!!
review 2: This is a fast-paced read about hard partying Hanley & the mysterious boy she finds in her garage. At first it seemed as if it might be a breezy story about a group of rebellious friends but the story takes a turn for the serious with themes of suicide & teen pregnancy t... morehat are handled with care. The romance that blossoms between Nate & Hanley is believable & sweet and I especially loved the action-packed ending and how all the story lines complete a satisfactory arc. Plus there's a dog named Bosco, like my dog! less
