review 1: I bought this back when ARe was having a sale and it looked really good. It didn't disappoint!I really enjoyed the story, there was a lot of worry and some hiding but, when it came down to it, it just wasn't an issue which is how it should be. I know that's not usually how it is, but I was really glad to see a happier story written about transgender love. I can't wait until the day when love will always win!
review 2: As always I'm a bit hasty when buying books. I read the first sentences of the blurb, check out the rating points and then order. I didn't know that this was a transgender book, not that I mind at all but it was not what I'd expected. I wanted to like it more than I did but the writing lacked in flow and the chracters, especially the secondary one... mores, were pretty flat. Charlies friends were horrible and I just couldn't believe them. less
