Gatekeeper's Saga
review 1: Now here is a series that deserves more recognition. Eva Pohler should be a household name with the beautiful fantasy world she has created and the well developed characters. I would love to see this on the big screen and I have only read her first book in the "Gatekeeper's Saga". If you are a mythology lover then Eva Pohler should be right up your alley. Imagine greek mythology with modern life throw in. Heck is should be up everyone's alley with the author's creative mixture. Eva Pohler knows her mythology in and outand done her research. The story pulls you in so deep that you experience every emotion. Trust me, this book contains the whole rainbow of emotions. So much detail and depth in all her characters. Romance, action, magic, gods, and goddesses made this book unfo... morergettable for me, not to mention it being unique and different from other books or series. I can not wait the start the second book in her "Gatekeeper's Saga- The Gatekeeper's Challenge". So next you are looking around Amazon or a book store grab you a book that you will not regret reading.
review 2: Eva Pohler puts a new spin on Greek Gods in this light and entertaining novel. While other stories might make the gods seems harsh, overly powerful and destructive, this book seems to make you feel like the gods could be one of your best friends. I missed an overall feeling of suspense throughout the book, although the ending made up for that feeling with a very imaginative battle scene. The love story is good, and the action overall is a little slow for my taste, but the characters are likable. Definitely worth reading! less

Its a good idea but could have been written better, sounded a bit too childish.
