review 1: This book was a lot different than I expected. I knew that we would be dealing with a trauma the lead went through when she was young, and that was handled with care. However, the present day story line moved much differently than I thought it would. It was a good book, I enjoyed the characters and the way the story took place. It was a long enough book, but I think it could have been much longer, with more depth to them dealing with her trauma, as well as the development of their love for one another.
review 2: Really enjoyed this one, though some parts were a bit hard to read. There's a lot of emotional growing for Luz, but it wasn't entirely bad to read. -I enjoyed seeing Jude help her through her traumas and always come to her rescue (and do some much... more needed ass kicking to a few jerks). The hotness factor was amazing and I felt there was a genuine connection between Luz and Jude with all their steamy moments. less
