review 1: Eye opening. This book dates back to 2007 so while it isn't totally outdated, the price of food has increased over the past seven years.It is incredible to see the amount of processed and packaged food the Western world eats compared to other parts of the world. You can see it reflected in our health statistics too. One takeaway from this book is that as we have increased wealth, we are less physically active, and hence need less food but we just keep on eating......
