review 1: This book just gave me a whole lot of feels. From the beginning where Jensen is fighting with himself, parents and outsiders until he grows up and fights against his feelings. It made me cry quite a few times, with all the issues that Jensen was going through. However, I got a little annoyed at some points where things started to become a little repetitive and long-winded, especially with regards to Jared's indecision and Jensen's ramblings about his being pathetic. I do, however, love Chris' character. A true and loyal friend indeed.
review 2: Absolutely loved this book, it was mesmerising! What a fantastic author, I was blissfully lost in the world she created and I can't believe this hasn't been published. I totally fell in love with Jensen and Jared. It was... more just one of those books where you're up until stupid o'clock even though you have to be up early for work and it's playing on your mind all day until you can get back to it.I loved the slow build up of their feelings throughout the book from their childhood and innocence which then simmered and bubbled up to a smoking hot finish! :-)If I was being really picky my only criticism would be that the MC's had a few repetitive 'rambles' in the book which was just due to lack of editing. BUT it is only an observation as it didn't bother me in the slightest as I didn't want the book to end!!This has definitely gone into my favourites! less
