review 1: When I first started reading this book I thought it was boring. But after reading 20 pages I really started to fall in love with the main character. As the main character discovers art and music I begin to also care about those interests. The main character discovers that the world is not hopeless even when our families are not always predictable and people are not always kind there can still be hope.
