review 1: I'm not done yet, but this might be my favorite of all! The only downside was that Gordon Korman kept it focused all on Griffin, Ben, and Savannah. It would've gotten even more than it was, if Pitch, Logan, and Melissa were actually active characters in this book. But don't go thinking I don't like this. It is a book where you never like, "nobody in this book is doing anything worth reading about, I quit".
review 2: I had read all of the books published in the series, and when I found out about the book I decided to read it. I wasn't disappointed. Luthor mysteriously attacked Electra, which put the Drysdales into a big predicament. Griffin must make Luthor a award winning dog to help the Drysdales. With the help of some other friends, will he achieve his goal?I... more thought this book was great because I can relate with Savannah and how she lost her dog because I had once lost a pet of mine. It had suspense humor and some mystery. I think the one flaw is that it lacked suspense when the dog show was going on.I would recommend this book to people who like mystery and people who had read the previous books. less
