review 1: An easy to read resource for those thinking of, or in the throes of crafting "for profit." Very straight forward and realistic about the realities of this sort of endeavor. Basically do it because you love it not to get rich. Lots of helpful tips and great ideas to point you in new directions and markets. The leg work is all up to the crafter however. But this book will keep you grounded and motivated!
review 2: This book is well written and fun to read. It's well organized and covers a lot of questions for starting crafters. I found it very useful and helpful in thinking about how to approach being a part-time crafter. It actually helped me see some of the mistakes I've made and shown how to come to a better strategy. There are helpful charts and forms to use ... moreand a list of resources in the back. I especially enjoyed the quiz to find out what kind of crafter I am. It inspires me to try and pick up crafting again! less
