review 1: This grabbed my attention from the first page! A family travels on a weekend excursion with plans to meet at a mall...the meeting time passes and no sign of the wife and two boys...meanwhile back at their house cops find no trace but blood which leads them to believe the father has done something horrific...it's the story of the father, who is a bus driver, trying to uncover what has happened to his family with the help of good friends...kept me wondering and guessing to the end...
review 2: This book was ok, but not more. It reads like a typical action-thriller B-Movie. I was expecting more of a kidnapping drama, with detailed insight of the nerve wrecking time a relative has to go through when their family goes missing. The mix of uncertainty, hope, desperat... moreion and stress due to being a suspect yourself.This story however focusses more on action and maintaining a high tempo.After all the book was ok though. It never got boring and has a likeable main character. If you are looking for a fast paced thriller with action elements, you should just give this book a try. less
