review 1: El Reich Africano, primer libro de Guy Saville y el inicio de un trilogía. Este libro fue una de esas lecturas que llegan fortuitamente a mis manos, he de decir que quede maravillado con la facilidad que tiene el escritor para mantenerte en suspenso. Me encantó la historia, que si bien es cierto es ficticia, está muy bien documentada, es una versión perfectamente plausible de lo que pudo llegar a pasar si la Alemania Nazi hubiese ganado la segunda guerra mundial, pero no me malentiendan, no es un libro histórico tedioso, para nada, es un libro de acción e intriga digna de ser llevada al cine. Simplemente maravilloso. ¡Bravo Guy Saville!
review 2: Could this be the end for Burton Cole? No, and after reading this I can't envisage a situation where there wo... moreuld ever be an end to Burton Cole. Obviously, the hero of the story can't die, at least not until the end, but even taking into account this is an action/adventure I suggest even Bruce Willis wouldn't have got past half way. Putting that aside, ( which isn't easy) this is a clever, well thought out and interesting read which does make you wonder how close we came to this horrific alternative ending. All in all an exciting read that taken with a large pinch of salt will keep fans of action/adventure happy. less
