review 1: In this book Tara is given a chance to study in the most elite hubter academy where she finds out that she comes from string and powerful hunter lineage. However throughout the book she becomes more confused and unsure Abie herself. at the same time Wes starts to act weird and also very insecure. somehow I just couldn't get into this book. Too many things were half way revealed and not sll of them were logically linked. Maybe its just a prep for the final installment. I hope we get to know we why all the half beads appered and why Tara is do important and what exactly she is!
review 2: This is such a good series! After the first book I was hooked to the characters, and book two was no disappointment. After the big ending of book one, Tara and Wes are togethe... morer officially (yay!) and Tara knows that she is a dirty blood, half werewolf, half hunter. Her Mother was the Hunter and her Father the werewolf. But Miles her crazy, evil cousin got away and is plotting something big. After being expelled from her school Tara’s Mother and Grandmother are sending her to Wood Point Academy, a hunter school where the students not only go to math and science, but have combat and hunter history classes. Having the Godfrey name teachers are looking at her with great expectations, while the students are not so friendly to her. It is at Wood point she meets hottie Alex, who is helping her train and catch up to her class in order to graduate.But Wood point is not entirely band when you have great friends like Logan and Cambria. But when your crazy cousin calls you leaving very vague messages about a plan and fetching you when it’s ready can really change the new school experience. But when you get this group of friends, boyfriend, hottie hunter, and Cord a hunter looking for revenge you better watch out! As for the ending I was happy to see justice served and Miles gone. But his mission is still going on and has been spread, even into poor George who just wanted to win Tara back. Now the gang needs to figure out what Miles did. But that’s not all something is going on with Tara, she is blacking out and being told she went crazy with strength. The book ends with Wes saying Tara smells like a Wolf! Hmm, book three should be exciting. Prediction: what is Tara is able to shift into a wolf?? less
