review 1: It wasn't really great. The plot was quite obvious and normal. It was actually full of drama. When rare said that she was the only one who could kill the last fallen , it was obvious that that would be her dad. Moreover I didn't expect the last fallen angel to not do anything. He was supposed to be the most powerful. Both the books were a bit stupid. Obviously god would understand what love was. God wouldn't punish the angels for loving. He might have known the consequences.
review 2: Heather Terrell did a great job of finishing this story. I enjoyed it and I would recommend it if you like these type of books. I only rated it 3 stars but it was more of a 3.5 and the reason behind that is this. In this sequel, I became a bit annoyed by Michael. His pride con... moresistently gets in the way of their goal and even though that is part of the storyline, it was annoying and I felt it was not true to the character that was created in the first book. The first two chapters are a recap of the last two chapters from the first book but I appreciated that since in most cases it can be months before you get to read a sequel and it was a nice refresher. It was only 10 pages so it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall a good read. less
