review 1: Yeah, so I picked up the second book even before I finished the first because I was too invested in these characters to not know how their story ended. And this book did not disappoint. I had some theories on Hayden’s parents’ murders and I was so glad he finally got some closure (and that my theories were pretty damn accurate!). And seeing Hayden and Tenley finally get over their shit and help each other heal was so satisfying. This story is hot and romantic and full of feels.
review 2: I was so glad I waited to read Clipped Wings until I also had this book. I would have gone nuts if I had to wait. I read this book in one day. I couldn't put it down. The emotional roller coaster continued. I once again was in tears and cursing at my kindle. You can't help ... morebut fall even more in love with Tenley and Hayden. I was sad to see this story end (even though there is still as possibility for another book in the series). I can't wait to see what Helena has in store for her next book. less
