Vampire Love Story
review 1: Not a lot of luck for me lately with books. This is the second #1 in a trilogy that I've read in a row. And for the second time in a row, I'm not impressed. An MMA fighter comes across a group of vampires, and feels strangely drawn to one of their women as well as an old acquaintance from school who is mixed with the group as well. What can I say? I was bored. Although the ending was nice, and shows potential for the next book, I'm. afraid that I won't be checking it out.
review 2: An easy read. The story was simple, but the title is really misleading. Not much 'love story' in there.A few silly mistakes were made that prompted me to check back. Mistakes such as in one page the girl's auburn hair on her back reminded him of a red river, and on the next page he
... moreslipped his fingers through her black hair... But aside from little things like that, it was ok.I found refreshing that for once the protagonist was a male. So many female protagonists nowadays.(I have read the one from H. T. Night's 8-book vampire box set) less
