review 1: GR won't let me give this book what it truly deserves which is dust, not a star, just pre-planetary dust (hydrogen, helium, etc.). Not only did this book straddle the fence between yawn-worthy and reading material to induce sleep but it has to be one of the most pretentious books I've read in a while. First, the co-authors are a physician (who has way too much time on his hands and is a smidge too proud of himself) and another chick I've never heard of. Supposedly, it's a memoir of his sexual escapades. He's attractive (he likes to flex his muscles, played polo or some shit like that, wrestle crocodiles, sky dive, contribute to political ideas he cares about, and co-author erotic books), apparently intelligent (he's a D.O.), and takes care of his body. All of this can be ... morefound on his website which is a homage to the man/myth/legend. Reminds me of a saying I once heard, "anyone doing that much horn-tooting has got to be lying." Did I mention it's billed as erotica. Um, not even.To say I hated this book would imply I took the time to read it thoroughly- honestly I didn't because I knew (in that way that avid readers often do) that it would be a DNF for me. After the first few chapters I felt like I should've just walked outside my door and pi$$ed away $3 or whatever I wasted on this piece of garbage. Here's my review...stop here if you don't want spoilersPlot: girl meets hot,rich, well hung man (I mean come on, he co-authored it, like he'd say he suffers from Smalldickatosis), hooks up after a winemakers dinner and after a night of r-rated sex fall madly for each other while screwing each other's brains out. Really! that's all they have? Is it really that hard to jump off the bandwagon and come up with something original?
review 2: really? really?good doc listen up,i appreciate beauty and Self preservation but u got a little bit overdose of self looooving ohhh dear oh dear...i stopped reading after three chapters.i didn't even know how Jaden looks until the mid of the book when i realise im getting sleepy or very annoyed from the book.lake of depth and its all about the beauty and "perfection" of dr. ivan rusilko.i bet every word he Wrote on himself is very true in his hart and mindsorry i'm back 2 Modesty and i need some water couse i have a bitter taste in my mouth. less
