review 1: I liked this book. The duo perspective of the Welsh girl (Gwenhwyfar) and the English view (Cecily). I liked the ending. Is this based off of a true story? Did this actually happen? Cecily certainly changes a lot through out the book. She starts out hating the Welsh and then grows a little more trusting of some of them (Gwinny, Gruffyd). I liked the part when Nessy goes missing and then, out of the blue, she stands up for the Welsh couple. It shows how much she changed.
