review 1: I thought this was amazing. This is going to be a short review at the moment, I'm sitting for five minutes then off again, not the point... it was quick paced without realizing it, which personally I find sometimes a hard talent to come by and I think it was thoroughly enjoyable if you enjoyed the first one, and love some Caleb you will probably be drooling...which I'm pretty sure I did at one point. Can't wait for the next one!
review 2: I was eagerly anticipating the next book in the series and if you loved Crimson Moon, then you won't be disappointed. We start off with Emma recently being rescued from Scotland from the reigning prince who wished to enslave her. Decimus was scared that Emma'a ability if she was turned would rival his own and he sought to circ... moreumvent that from happening. Caleb rushed in to save the day with the help of his friends and family. Emma and Caleb are soul mates and although she cannot imagine life without him she still has residual feelings for Trent who fell in love with her when Caleb relinquished his claim to her. Now if only the two love-birds could get their lives back to normal but that is not in their future as Caleb's sister Sammi is kidnapped. Emma thinks it is Decimus trying to get to her but Caleb is not so sure. There are several OMG moments (spoilers from here on in) when an old Indian woman foretells that Emma will die, that Emma will be killed by someone she loves or in the event she is killed, can she be turned to save her life. The thread of this book is the true love will overcome any obstacle, supernatural or otherwise and hope springs eternal. I found myself hoping all with Emma that love would conquer all and the outcome was surprising. A war will be declared and sides must be chosen, I look forward to the next instalment in due course.
