review 1: I didn't like this book as well as I did the first in the series. I just feld Jude was a bit too bitter and whining. I didn't like her all that well. Joseph's interference should have been dealt with better. I really liked him in the first book, but he was kind of an annoying ass in this book. Caleb was a bit of a dawg. Judith and Caleb's relationship and misunderstandings seemed a bit contrived. But again it was well written. I just didn't really care for these too characters much.
