review 1: I enjoy reading this book because it helps my little sisters be excited about riding a bus to school. The book is all about the fun things that happen on a school bus. They go up and down, and the bus even has a horn that goes toot toot. The bus gets everyone to school safely and they also had a good time getting there.The characters of the book are the school children who are having a good time going to school. the Another character would be the bus driver, who is responsible to get the children to school.The setting of the story is anywhere that has a school bus driving children to school. It started when school buses were first used, which was probably in the 1950's.I would recommend this book to everyone. My little sisters loved it when I read it too them. They on... morely get to ride a bus when they go to daycare but they really enjoyed the story.
review 2: Cabrera is a great author for the younger crowd. My twin 3 yr old's loved it. Colorful fun pictures that helps get the child engaged and keeps them engaged. The illustrations were paintings that had a unique brushstroke and the colors were so vibrant! Cabrera has a style all her own. Loved the paintings especially! Also, many of her books have themes that are popular children’s songs, so immediately her books grabbed my preschoolers attention. A great addition to any children's library. less
