review 1: Claudio is an opera singer who after an attack becomes blind and is forced to give up the opera he so loved and concentrate of his singing alone. Because of his good looks, he does not have a problem enjoying women, but he is but a shadow of the man he used to be before the attack and therefore he moves from one woman to the next. Laura is a successful publicist albeit average looking. When she is offered the position to go on tour with Claudio and take over as his publicist, she is suspicious. She shouldn't be as she soon finds out that the reason his last publicist left in the middle of the tour was because she had fallen in love with Claudio, who did not correspond her feelings. Laura becomes his publicist and this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship. With her ... moreprofessionalism, Laura helps build his confidence and in the process the professional relationship deapens.The book is beautifully translated from French (the translator is credited as co-author as it should) and the plot is so well developed you can not stop reading. Loved it.
