review 1: I really like the format and style of the book, it's easy to get into and to use. The style of the writing is a good mix of friendly and motivating, there is something very invigorating about it. Each day is thought-provoking and insightful and I can see it really adding up over the year. It feels like a gentle reminder every day on pulling back and focussing on what you want and making changes. The tips and exercises are effective and clever with many new ideas I had not considered before, not repetitive or derivative in any way. A very powerful tool to use to make changes in your life.
