review 1: Rhiannon Blake only wanted one thing, to find her sister. After a frantic call telling her she was in trouble, Rhiannon will do anything to find her even troll biker bars to find a lead on her. All her efforts though get her in trouble and under the care of Phantom MC VP Dax Jamison.Dax just wants to get out of of his life as a biker, he has plans for he and his girlfriend but while biding time he takes on Rhiannon who has put herself in danger. Dax knows she is too young and keeps a protective watchful eye over her, he knows they could never be more than friends but it doesn't stop him for having feelings for her. This was a complex tale because I did not expect Dax to already be involved with someone. Rhiannon sees Dax as a friend, but as they grow close her feeli... morengs grow for him and it is mutual, but there is a line neither want to cross. I wont spoil the story but it is suspenseful until the end and leaves you with immediately picking up the next book in the series.
review 2: The book won't win any outstanding literature awards. The authors POV /Telling is different. I admit there are even parts I've rolled my eyes at and am actually a bit pissed at some of Rhee's choices- But there is something about this story and these characters that have really drew me in. I am buying them one after the other because I have to know what happens next and how it ends. Will they ever be together? O.M.G! I haven't been able to put the books down. less
