review 1: I got this book free through Goodreads First Reads.Life has not been kind to Alexis. Losing her mother and then her soulmate has left her devastated and unsure of herself. To top that off she finds herself in the ultimate battle. To try to save her own life - again. The twist - what she really is - was quite unexpected. Made a very interesting ending to this book and a great opening for the next one.
review 2: spoilersI really didn't like this book. It just wasn't for me. Beginning was good and after that I started skipping pages. There were things that didn't make sense to me. Close to the end I thought that book would turn out amazing or I would end up disappointed. Unfortunately it was the latest. As I said my low rating has nothing with writing, the theme i... mores not for me and if from the description I knew there would be fallen angels and reincarnation I would never buy it. less
