review 1: It's one of those books that stays stuck in your head no matter how many other books you read after it.And the aftermath of a tornado of emotions it leaves you with is no joke either.It's the best thing I've ever read in a while. I mean, I'm usually into a little bit of everything (especially lovey dovey stories, because really, I read because I want to feel good, and it makes me kinda weirdly happy when I fall in love with someone in my books...) but this book is just... I don't even know how to put it. Needless to say, the cover is perfect (and unfortunately I have issues with covers- whoever coined the don't judge the book by its cover is probably getting creative as to how he can mangle me) but the story is. just. perfect. It's not rushed (believe me when I say this), ... moreit's not pretentious... the feels are raw.I drowned in it, I laughed, and I cried, and I got frustrated (and yes, I got terribly annoyed at some point calling Nick and Sienna FUGGIN IDIOTS) but I could never. ever. put. it. down.Please. If you haven't read it yet, you're missing out dude. There's definitely no getting over this book anytime soon.
review 2: Personally I think that it is such a well written story; descriptive, elaborative and precise. I loved but hated the story though. I loved it because it's not the typical story that started with a strong connection and they immediately started getting it on rather, I loved how she wrote about the hesitation, the resistance, the struggle but, I hated how for the two of them, even though they're considered as adults (especially Nick), they're stupid. less
