review 1: Dream Slayer is really an awesome book!!! I found that the start of the book was a little bit slow - but then it seemed to really pick up. Once you do get past the slow part - you will find it hard to put the book down!!!Natalie is a typical type teenage that is going through typical type teen things. She's not a very popular girl and has very few friends in school. She starts having dreams about being a demon slayer. I don't write spoilers so I will say this -- read the book and you will love it!!I was given a copy of the book for an honest review!!
review 2: I read this in less than 2 days. Couldn't put it down. Fast paced and so much fun. The world building was interwoven with witty dialogue - internal and external - and fun action. I was cocnerned at first
... morethat maybe the humor would detract from the action, but surprise-surprise when it only enhanced it. That was a shocker for me. I've never seen that pulled off in books - in movies, sure, but not books. When I'm sitting on the edge of my seat and then suddenly laughing out loud, there's a lot going on and you know I'm engaged. Great read. I can't wait for the rest of the series. Grab yours now... seriously! less
