review 1: I enjoy the funny Succubus diaries of Jill Myles and this novella is entertaining. However, it isn't at the level of her other novels starring Jackie who I find hilarious. I enjoyed the character of Olivia and her bad-ass attitude; however, her succubus maker, David, was a little weak. I think Olivia needed an endearing person to smooth some of the hurt in her life, but really. Myles does a good job of developing her characters even in a short story, but this novella I find lacking just because I am accustomed to the level of her writing on other works.

... moreuldn't put it down.Olivia and David made great main characters. You wanted to find out more about them and wanted them to come together and get the ending they deserve. The setting was believable and well developed. While not overly elaborate it was perfect settings for the story, well described and easy to picture the events taking place. For anyone who is already a fan of Jill Myers, don't miss this story. Or for anyone who has been considering reading her series like I have. This is a great story to read and get a feel for the world she has created. If you are at all like me you will want to read more right away. less
