review 1: It was good for what it was, but lots of numbers tend to make my eyes glaze over. And complex descriptions of financial stuff pretty much does the same. I think the author did a good job, and I do have a somewhat better grasp of the 2008 crash and the events, attitudes and entities leading up to it. Plus, I listened to it (I never would have been able to get through it if I had to read it myself.), and I tend to grasp things poorly when I listen to them instead of reading them.
